On-Site Construction
The EvoConstructor® robot is installed directly on the construction site, speeding up execution, optimizing resources, and ensuring quality with full control of the construction process.
Ideal for high-demand projects that require rapid execution, superior quality, and unrestricted high-rise construction. This allows for:
Automated production without cranes
EvoConstructor® builds at height with its self-lifting system, eliminating cranes and scaffolding. It improves safety, reduces logistics, and allows for continuous workflow, even on vertical projects.
Adaptation to any terrain
EvoConstructor® deploys on irregular or remote terrains with minimal adjustments. It offers maximum stability and high performance, adapting to complex conditions with technical efficiency.
Unlimited housing and buildings
It allows for the construction of everything from single-family homes to multi-story public buildings. It automates key processes such as formwork, pouring, and finishing, optimizing each stage.
Ideal for
remote
areas
Its portable design and autonomous operation allow construction in rural areas, islands, or with limited access, expanding the technology’s reach without large logistical deployments.
On-site
prefabrication
Manufacture structural elements directly on-site. Combines the efficiency of prefabrication with the flexibility of 3D printing and adaptation to the project design.
More
than 60% automated
EvoConstructor® automates more than 60% of the construction process, from formwork to finishes. It improves quality, reduces time and errors, and boosts overall efficiency.
Optimization and waste reduction
Real-time digital control improves efficiency, reduces deadlines, and decreases waste by up to 40%, promoting more precise and sustainable construction.
Proven reduction of carbon footprint
EvoConstructor® can reduce CO₂ emissions by up to 80%, depending on the material used and the type of project. Constructions aligned with global climate commitments.
ECOAGA PROJECT
First building in the world built with the multifunctional robot EvoConstructor®, capable of automating more than 60% of the construction process while complying with the Technical Building Code.
This pilot, a 126.45 m² building, was executed on-site, validating our technology under real construction conditions. Locally sourced materials with a low environmental footprint were used, achieving a faster, more controlled, and sustainable execution.
Technological Validation
Although it was a small-scale construction, the results exceeded theoretical expectations and validate the potential of the EvoConstructor®:
