TRANSPARENCY
EVOCONS in compliance with Law 19/2013 on Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance, from the state level, as well as Law 12/2014, of 26 December, on transparency and access to public information of the Canary Islands, creates its Transparency Portal from where citizens can access the information highlighted by this Corporation, as a transparent body in its actions, thereby contributing to the expansion of the culture of administrative transparency, in line with the nature and spirit of the aforementioned regulatory text. In compliance with these legal frameworks, the objective of the information provided is to reinforce the right of citizens to access information on public activities, specifying its limits and how it can be exercised. Within the scope of this Institution, this right will be exercised through the corresponding section within this portal.

El The Commissioner for Transparency and Access to Public Information of the Canary Islands is a body created by the Law of Transparency of the Canary Islands and dedicated to the promotion, analysis, control and protection of transparency and the right of access to public information in the Canary Islands. In the exercise of the functions attributed to it by the Law, it must act with autonomy and full independence. The Transparency Commissioner is vested with various powers, among which two main ones stand out: those of control of compliance with the obligation to publish the information listed in Title II of the Law by the bodies and entities subject to it (known as ‘active publicity’); and the resolution of complaints lodged by citizens against express or presumed decisions on requests for access to information from the bodies and entities included in the scope of application of the Canary Islands Transparency Law.

Evolution Construction System SL is a limited company incorporated on 18 April 2018 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, with its registered office at Calle Francisco Gourié. It was incorporated by a sole shareholder, Daniel Lorenzo Pellico, with a share capital of 3,000 euros.
